This insurance agency is awesome and the staff is amazing. Nandita "NAN" Persaud is a wonderful person to do business with. I called with a problem and she assured that all will be taken care of and that she would call me back once she was able to confirm the information that I was looking for. She is old school as I am and I too am in the insurance business in New York and when I tell someone I will return the call once I have the information that they are calling about I write a post it and it remains on my desk until I contact the client I promised with the info. I will call them to up date them too. This is truly a dying trait as my company was bought out and now it is part of a corporation where the small family business and customer service is no longer, you are only a number. I am proud to be with this wonderful caring company and there wonderful employees take that extra step for there clients. I hope that always remain as they are today. And are so lucky to have employee's that care about each and every client no matter how large or small an account is.
